Agreement to Be Bound

1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and ph282 ("ph282," "we," "us," "our") governing your use of the ph282 online casino platform, website, mobile interface, games, promotions, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").

1.2 By completing the registration process, clicking "I Agree," accessing any part of the Platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

3.5 ph282 reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, money laundering, or any other violation of applicable law or these Terms.

Know Your Customer Requirements

4.1 ph282 is required by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, before allowing continued gameplay. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification.

4.2 As part of the KYC process, you may be required to provide one or more of the following documents:

5.5 ph282 does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. ph282 is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment providers.

Withdrawing Your Funds

6.1 Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the details on your ph282 account. ph282 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

6.2 Before your first withdrawal can be processed, your account must have completed KYC verification as described in Section 4. ph282 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal at its sole discretion.

6.3 The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• GCash / Maya: Typically within 1–3 business hours during Philippine business hours;

Bonus Terms

7.2 Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all ph282 bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above who are physically located in the Philippines;
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per device;
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn;
• ph282 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice;
• Bonuses have an expiry period as stated in the specific promotion terms. Unclaimed or unused bonuses will expire automatically.

7.3 ph282 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close accounts, where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using irregular betting patterns to exploit bonus terms, or colluding with other players.

Rules of Play

8.1 All games available on the ph282 Platform are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the individual game rules specifically address the matter in question.

8.2 All games on ph282 use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing procedures conducted by trained dealers. ph282 does not manipulate game outcomes.

8.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, ph282 will use commercially reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected wager may be voided and the staked amount returned to the player's account balance.

8.4 ph282 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where it determines that a technical error, software bug, or human error has resulted in an incorrect outcome or payout. Players will be notified of any such voiding and the affected stake will be returned.

What You Must Not Do

9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph282 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud;

Ownership of Content

10.1 All content on the ph282 Platform — including but not limited to the ph282 name, logo, website design, game graphics, software, text, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of ph282 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.

10.3 You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the ph282 Platform without our prior written consent.

12.2 ph282 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if ph282 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12.3 ph282's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your ph282 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ph282's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

Account Closure

13.1 Closure by You: You may close your ph282 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with Section 6. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

13.2 Suspension or Closure by ph282: ph282 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;

13.3 Where an account is closed by ph282 due to a breach of these Terms, any balance in the account (including real-money funds) may be forfeited. Where closure is for reasons other than breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Jurisdiction

14.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Changes to This Agreement

15.1 ph282 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ph282 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

15.2 The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

15.3 Your continued use of the ph282 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 13.
